An 18-year-old boy was lately convicted and sentenced to a month’s imprisonment for stealing a car tape.

Alhagie Jallow was found guilty of stealing a car tape in December of last year at the Brikama car park in Serekunda. The tape, valued at D2000, was the property of one Samba Jallow.

The case was presided over by magistrate Pa Harry Jammeh of the Kanifing Magistrate’s Court.
