Jambanjelly FC Register First Win

The GFA Second Division league bottom placed team, Jambanjelly FC, on Tuesday June 26th 2007 registered their first win in the 2006-07 league.

The Kombo South boys, who went nine good matches without a win, humiliated Tallinding United 4-2 in the week ten encounter played at the Box Bar Mini Stadium in Brikama.

The win is a moral boost for Jambanjelly team and now need to register more wins if they want to remain in the second Division league in the coming season.

In other Tuesday games Ham Ham FC, who sacked their head coach due to their poor performance, registered their sixth defeat against Samger.

Haruna Jammeh scored Samger’s lone goal by the 7th minutes of the game.
