The crème dela crème of the Gambian society last Friday made a beeline to the Brusubi Hall where a groundbreaking musical splash featuring Jaliba Kuyateh and the Kumareh Band took centre stage with GRTS’ Ansumana Drammeh serving as MC.

The event, which was described as a night well-spent, attracted all those who matter in Gambian society including government officials, business executives, fashion icons and topflight models. In fact the extremely–outgoing and larger -than -life Jabou Singahteh, one of the participants of the FACE OF AFRICELL was also at hand. It is against this backdrop that the organisers deemed it fitting to say a big ‘thank you’ to all the institutions and individuals who contributed in one way or the other towards the thundering success of the fundraising gig. Hence, the Suso Promotional Foundation under the distinguished patronage of Kank’s Classic Fashion Shop in Kololi would like through the youths of Sukuta and on behalf of its Principal Coordinator Mr. Musa B. Suso to thank most sincerely all those who attended its recently-concluded fund raising Kora Show with the famous Jaliba Kuyateh and the Kumareh Band at the Brusubi Hall on Friday l9 October 2007.

Given that the aims and objective of the Foundation is to enhance a lasting solidarity and cooperation for the general well-being of the Youths of Sukuta by way of encouraging and supporting their active participation in nation building thereby guiding them towards self-fulfillment and self actualization, the Foundation as a result would like to acknowledge the contribution of the following organizations:
