The Bundung Magistrates Court, presided over by Acting Principal Magistrate Kumba Sillah-Camara, on Wednesday revoked the driving license of one Bubacarr Kujabi and banned him from driving for a period of one year.

He was found guilty of two charges of careless driving and driving a car without an efficient breaking system along the Tobokoto Highway on 16 August 2007.

Magistrate Kumba Sillah-Camara, while applauding the police prosecutor, Sergeant 1042 Kujabi for having effectively proven his case beyond reasonable doubt, pointed out that the accused person had brought forward unreliable witnesses whose testimonies contradicted each other. She also levied a D2,500 fine on the driver.
