D50,000 bail bond for ‘violent’ youngster

Kumba Sillah- Camara, acting principal Magistrate of the Bundung Magistrates Court on Tuesday granted bail to one Muhammed Drammeh in the sum of D50,000 with two Gambian sureties.
He had pleaded not guilty to charges of violent behavior. According to the particulars of the offence, on 18 March 2009 at Nema in Kombo North, Muhammed Drammeh threatened one Awa Njie with a cutlass. The case was adjourned to April 15 for hearing. Author: by Salifu M Touray
