dakar-banjul by bus, ferry, taxi?

too long i'm searchin the net for any infos about the bus fare from dakar to banjul, but nothing!

maybe a good guy outthere can help me.....what is the advantage price, lets say for a white man and for the people from there? by bus and/or ferry and/or bush taxi?

The bus fare from dakar to banjul is the same regardless of whether you are white or black.  There are buses of various sizes running from Dakar. 

There is one large bus route that runs for 3000CFA which takes you right to the ferry terminal in Barra where you can cross to Banjul.  There are some smaller buses for 3500CFA. 

"Sept Plus" taxis (7 seaters) also run from Dakar to the border for 5000CFA.  They tend to be a little faster and leave more often. 

Once you are at the border you have to take another bush taxi (small bus) to Barra where you catch the ferry.  That is 30 Dalasi. 

To cross to Banjul on ferry is 5 Dalasi.  

The whole trip from Dakar to Banjul can be reversed from Banjul to Dakar for the same price.
