Ebrima Joof, the principal of Armitage Senior Secondary and one Ebou Hydara, a native of Janjangbureh,  recently donated a television set and four ceiling fans  to  Janjangbureh Health Centre.

Presenting the items to the authorities at Janjangbureh Health Centre, Ebou Hydara said the donation was meant to complement the government’s efforts in the drive to create a comfortable environment for patients at the Janjangbureh Health Centre.

Mr Hydara assured the Janjangbureh Health Centre authorities of their continues support and urged them to make the best use of the gifts.

Receiving the items, Banna Jobarteh, the officer-in-charge of the Janjangbureh health centre, commended the donors for the benevolent gesture rendered to the health centre.  He guaranteed that the items would be used as expected. 

OIC Jobarteh added that the items are very important to the patients and called on other philanthropists to emulate the donors.

Modou Gai, a nurse at the health centre who spoke at length on the importance of the items to the patients also assured the donors that the items will be put to good use.
