Senior Magistrate Abdoulie Mbackeh of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, last Friday, issued an ultimatum to one Serign Njie of Brufut who is also a businessman, to pay the sum of D15,335 including cost within 14 days to the Humanity Association of Peoples’ Choice in Brufut.

Serign Njie told the court that he would settle the amount in six months but this was objected to by Musa Camara who stood in for the association in court.
