Magistrate Pa Harry Jammeh of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, on Tuesday, granted a bail in sum of D10,000 to Tumani Krubally of Old Jeshwang, for being in possession of a stolen Land Rover brand car, contrary to the laws of The Gambia.

When the charge sheet was read to him, Mr. Krubally pleaded not guilty and insisted that he bought the car from Sulayman Camara at a tune of D75,000.

But the court learnt that Sulayman Camara is not in the jurisdiction of the country at the moment.
The Presiding Magistrate adjourned the matter to 12 June, 2007 for continuation.
