22 people accused of being a common nuisance were last Monday warned and released by Senior Magistrate Mbakeh of the Kanifing Magistrates Court.

After a stern warning against disturbing the peace, the group, who appeared in court under heavy security after a week in remand, received a let off because of the minor nature of their misdemeanour.
