Tailor docked for breaking into mosque

One Ebrima Touray ,a tailor by profession was recently arraigned before senior Magistrate Abdoule Mbake of the Kanifing Magistrates court on charge for breaking into a mosque with intend to steal, contrary to the laws of the land.

According to the particulars of the offence, Ebrima Touray on July 15th broke and enter into Kanifing Estate Mosque with intent to steal.

When the alleged offence was read to him, Ebrima Touray pleaded not guilty to the charge preferred against him.

The presiding magistrate Abdoule Mbake, at this juncture, adjourned the case to August 14th for full hearing. Mr Touray was granted court bail in the sum of D5000.
