Vacancy Notice: Website Designers and Graphic Artists
Rhythm is a technology company situated in Kotu. This organization was founded by an international investment group who is selling Gambian technology services to local and overseas clients. The organization is focused on internet technology including website design and development, online marketing and graphic design services.
Rhythm has several full-time positions available for talented, creative, energetic people who are looking to commence or advance their career in computer technology.
The company will provide extensive technical and cultural training to employees to meet the demands of European and North American clients.
Qualifications
Applicants of various skill levels will be considered. Applicants MUST have the following qualifications:
A diploma or degree in Windows Networking or Internet Website Design and Development from an accredited school or equivalent working experience (at least one year)
Comprehensive experience with Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Networking and the Microsoft Office Suite
Comprehensive experience using the internet to gather information and communicate
Excellent keyboard (typing) and mouse skills
Excellent oral and written English
Experience with the following would be very beneficial:
Experience with Website Design and Development using HTML, FrontPage, Visual Studio 2005, Java scripting or others
Graphic Design experience with Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw or other graphic design
Experience with Java scripting and CSS
Experience with Microsoft.NET development tools, Visual Basic, C# or ASP
Experience with database programming using Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
Creative and Artistic talent
