In his annual report, Rev father Bruno Toupan, the principal of the school, said they had worked hard over the years and had maintained high standard of excellence in teaching.

He cited the progress registered by the school in the 2007 West African Senior Secondary School Certificate examination, noting that 98 candidates sat to the examinations, with a student obtaining 9 credits. he said that 4 had credit, while there were passes in 8 subjects. 4 students got credit in 7 subjects, 6 obtaining credit in 6 subject and 17 having credit in 5 subjects. The principal observed that this successes were registered at a time when the WASSCE result standard was very low, nationwide. He added that the general student performance during the last examination continue to be generally satisfactory since each student worked very hard.

He added that the school, for the past years, continued to set standard in extra curricular activities such as the school farm and pear health education. He stated that they have also planted a banana plantation and established a poultry farm, among others. He also promised that the school will soon venture into animal husbandry.

Principal Toupan then congratulated the graduates for showing a high sense of diligence and discipline and he advised them to continue to struggle for higher education.

For his part, Professor Andreas Steigen, vice chancellor of the University of The Gambia, who was also the guest speaker, said that the Gambia, as a developing nation, is advancing rapidly, citing that vision 2020 can only be achieved when people work together. He advised the out going student to keep up the good work.
