Topsi

Topsi is  about 18 months old, a castrated male.
He was homed as a puppy, but the owners left and he landed on the street.
Almost starving he was noticed by some caring tourists, who helped him until they returned to UK.
They alerted us to his plight, we picked him up and he is now recovering in a foster home.
Topsi gets on well with other dogs, but needs a lot of attention.
He will be very handsome when he has gained weight.
We would be happy if we could find either a fosterhome or a sponsor for him.
