A Serekunda youth, Bai Morr Nyang, was earlier this week arraigned at the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court on robbery charges.

Bai Morr was charged with injuring one Kalilou Danso in the process of robbing him of his mobile phone and D1000.

But when he appeared before magistrate Abdoulie Mbackeh, he refused to comment on his alleged offences and as a result of his reticence, judgement would be delivered on August 20,2007 based on the facts produced in the court.
