‘Sopey’ City Limits Radio holds Islamic conference

The ‘Sopey’ City Limits Radio, on Saturday, convened a one-day Islamic conference at the Mohammed Gaddafi Mosque in Serrekunda.

Presided over by the Imam Ratib of Banjul, Alhagie Cherno Alioune Mass Kah, the conference brought together members of the association and religious leaders as well as lovers of the radio station.

In his opening remarks, Mustapha Jah, president of the ‘Sopey’ City Limits Radio, highlighted the significance of the conference noting that it is meant to enlighten and relay Islamic information to the people of the generation especially in the Islamic Ummah.

He commended ‘Sopey’ City Limits Radio for their contributions to Islamic developments. Oustass Mohammed Lamin Kahn dilated on the topic ‘The human life here and in the hereafter’. Oustass Kahn commended ‘Sopey’ City Limits Radio.

Babucarr Cham of City Limits gave the closing remarks and saluted the members for the bold step.
