Kerr –Gi FC Clinch Sukuta League Title

Kerr-Gi FC are champions of the 2007 Western Union sponsored Sukuta League title in a well attended match at the Sukuta football field on Sunday. Kerr Gi made it after beating Freedom FC 1-0. In the opening minutes of the game, both teams had numerous chances with the greatest going to Freedom FC who managed to score their only goal of the game in the 40th minute through Samuel Gomez. At the end of the encounter, Kerr Gi went away with a giant trophy and a cash prize of D15, 000, whilst runners up, Freedom FC collected D10, 000. Source: The Point
