The Board of Directors of Gamtel was reportedly dissolved recently following the sale of 50% shares of Gamtel/Gamcel to Spectrum Company, reliable sources informed this paper.

The former board comprised of Edi Mass Jobe as Chairman, Mustapha Njie, CEO of TAF Holdings as member, Mrs Nancy Njie, a business woman also a member, and representatives of the Departments of State for Finance and Economic Affairs, Works and Information and Technology.
