Fisheries gets new PS

Lamin  Nyabally, who was  removed three weeks ago from his position as Permanent Secretary, Department of State for Works, Construction and Infrastructure has now been reinstated in the Civil Service and deployed to the  Department of State for Fisheries and Water Resources as PS.

Mr Nyabally succeeds Momodou Kotu Cham who was promoted to the post of Secretary of State for Forestry and Environment a month ago.

Mr Nyabally served as Director of Population Affairs, Office of the Vice President for a number of years and  was later  promoted to the post of Permanent Secretary, Office of the President before being moved to  the Department of State for Works.
