The ongoing criminal case against Dodou Janneh, who is allegedly accused of murdering of late Sheriff Minteh of London Corner, on Tuesday October 30, 2007, was adjourned to November 6, 2007.
In the last adjourned date, when the case was called, it was announced in court that the Police Persecutor, 772 Sergeant Samateh, was bereaved and the case could not continue. Similarly, in the last Tuesday’s sittings, when the case was called, it was then adjourned again, due to the indisposal of the Presiding Magistrate, Buba Jawo.
It could be recalled that Dodou Janneh, alias, Dodou Boy, was standing trial for allegedly murdering late Sheriff Minteh, aged, 20, of London Corner, who passed away on Wednesday May 9, 2007.
