Ebrima Mbowe, who stabbed one Ebrima Cham with a broken bottle, was yesterday fined D500 and was ordered to pay a compensation of D1500 to Cham.

Failure of fine and compensation payment may mean he would go to jail for six months with hard labour.

The case was presided over by Magistrate Abdoulie Mbackeh of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court.
