First International Bank is claiming from one Lamin Manneh a sum of D40, 000.

The bank has instituted a lawsuit against Manneh for failing to settle the D40, 000 debt after several attempts were made for him to do so.

He accepted liability but requested the court to give him time till 15 February when he hopes to come up with a comprehensive plan of settling the debt.
