Guineans Pays Price for Violating Highway Code

Ebrima Jallow, a Guinean resident in Latrikunda Sabiji, has on Friday paid a heavy price for driving a motor vehicle when he knew fully well that the vehicle did not fulfill its road tax obligations accidents in the country.
