The body of yet another newly born baby was last Saturday found dumped at a private residence in Tallinding Kunjang, The Point has been reliably informed.

The circumstances surrounding the incident were, at the time of going to press, shrouded in mystery. But according to our source, the incident took place around 4pm.

“The body was found wrapped up in a plastic bag near the toilet,” a distraught-looking neighbour disclosed, adding that it must have been there for a long time.

“We were all shocked by the discovery of the dead body but we reported the matter to Tallinding Police Station,” she said, while recommending that severe punishment be meted out to anybody who is caught in what she described as an inhuman act.

Attempts made so far to develop the still sketchy details proved futile as the officer in charge of Tallinding Police Station could not be reached for comments.
