As PRO Jobarteh goes to GCAA

The Point has reliably gathered that former police commissioner of the Kanfing Division Jatta Baldeh who was removed last March has been reinstated as commissioner of administration at the Office of the Inspector General of Police.

According to our sources, Police Public Relations Officer Famara Jorbateh has now been appointed as Security Manager at the Gambia Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA). He took up his new assignment on Monday. Inspector Sulayman Secka has since replaced him.

In a related development, Mawdo Touray, Permanent Secretary number two at the Department of State for Foreign Affairs, has been transferred to the Office of the President.

Sulayman Trawally, Permanent Secretary at the Office of the President, is now at the Department of State for Agriculture.
