Gambia will qualify for Ghana 2008 …Says Ebou Sillah

Scorpions’ Captain, Ebou Sillah, is optimistic that The Gambia will qualify for the continent’s most prestigious football tournament in Ghana 2008.

Sillah said the Scorpions will be extra focused,ahead of the two final fixtures, one of which comes underway in fortnight period against Cape Verde in Praria. Sillah, who played a pivotal role in Scorpions’ Sunday 2-2 draw match against Guinea, said the final two fixtures against Cape Verde and the current group leaders, Algeria, will be treated as finals, hence to turn back.
 
"We are going to prepare for our next games, more specially, the impending one in Cape Verde. Now every match will be treated as a final and I am very much optimistic that we will qualify for the finals in Ghana," Optimistic Sillah told Observer Sports.
