Drug Case Mentioned in Court

One Musa Badjie has recently appeared at Brikama Magistrates’ Court to answer charges of drug trafficking. According to court records, Musa was sometime in November of this year found in possession of 132kg and 500g of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking. The incident reportedly unfolded in Tallinding Kunjang but when the charge sheet was read to Musa, he denied responsibility for the alleged crime and his case would now enter a full trial to enable the prosecution prove the ingredients of the matter beyond reasonable doubt.
