The Gambia Football Association is set to fill vacant positions within its secretariat to ensure the smooth and effective running of the national football’s governing body, reports reaching Observer Sports desk have revealed.
The positions that are to be filled, Observer Sports has gathered, include the media and communication officer and administrative secretary - positions that were previously held by the out-of-town Landing Aboy Colley and Lamin Jasseh respectively.
The football association is also looking for two competent regional coaches, as well as a regional coordinator.
Seedy Kinteh, president of The Gambia Football Association, confirmed the Football Association’s readiness to fill the vacant posts “as soon as possible”. He revealed that the FA will soon unveil the vacancies and the required qualifications after which the right individuals will be appointed for the good of the game.
