Progress is something every decent human being aspires for be it knowingly or unknowingly.  This is the development that  has transpired in Western Kiang constituency.  This constituency did something that was unprecedented in the history of the AFPRC/APRC era.  In the last local government elections this constituency gave one part of it to the APRC.

They observed that isolation is not in their interest if they want to be part of the progressive boat that is sailing.  The ward in Western Kiang called Julafar proves to the skeptics that Western Kiang is in for development not backwardness thus voting in an APRC candidate.  Progress really evaded them for so long being in the opposition when they lacked the badly needed development.
