Armitage ex-students’ Association elects new executive

Members of the Armitage ex-students Association, recently elected new executive members, who will take charge of the day to day activities and affairs of the association, for a  one year period . The election was conducted at St Thereses Lower Basic School in Kanifing.

However, some of the former executive members such as the president, the public relations officer (PRO), treasurer and some advisers were re-elected due to their hardwork, commitment to the association.

Below is the list of  new executive memebers;
Karamba Jawla was re-elected as President of the association, Omar Darboe, Vice president, Majula Kuyateh, Secretary General, Ousainou Dampha, Assistant Secretary General, Assan Sallah, re-elected as the PRO, Muhammed Conta, Assistant PRO, Foday Sumareh, Auditor, Foday Kanyi, Assistant Auditor, Mai Sey, Treasurer, Mustapha Ndimballan, Assistant Treasurer, whilst Amadou Danso, Salimatou Kandeh, Hoja Jeng, Haddy Camara, Jassey Kandeh, Pateh Kongira and Malick Sogur, were elected to serve in the advisory board.

Speaking to the newly elected executive members shortly after the election, Karamba Jawla, President of the ex-students association, advised the executive members to be more instrumental in the execution of their duties. He also called on all the ex-students of Armitage to join the association and give Armitage a facelift.
Mr Jawla assured the gathering that his executive will live up to expectation.
