The ongoing criminal case involving one Ebrima Jaha and Dudou Faal, who are standing trial on charges of contempt of court, could not proceed at the Kanifing Magistrate court  yesterday, as Police Prosecutor Mballow applied for an adjournment.

Mballow told the court that the witnesses he intended to call could not make it because they were engaged in certain official works after the independence celebration. The  case was adjourned to 3rd of march 2009.
