Man Remanded For Alleged Multiple ChargesFriday, September 04, 2009 One Muhammed Sanneh of Count one read that, on 28th August 2009, at On count two, the particulars of the offence indicated that on the same day, the accused wilfully and unlawfully broke a door glass of a motor vehicle, with a registration number BJL 5473F, valued D500. While count three, stated that on the same day, the accused unlawfully assaulted police officers: Constable First Class 3421 and First Class 3285 Kinteh, by giving them blows while in the due execution of their duties. When the charge was read to him and interpreted in the language he claimed to understand, he pleaded not guilty.
