Victoria Patricia Phenix immediately ran back to the grocery sellers nearby place, where she is well known, and shouted for help.

However, two men conducted a thorough search through the flower garden but they could not trace him. According to her, the stolen bag contains her British  passport, US Air Force retirement ID card, a permanent defence ID card, US residence card, social security card, British driving licence, master card, visa card, and some piece of papers that contain several telephone numbers, eye glasses and some other useful items.

This matter has since been reported to the police, British Embassy, and radio stations. Victoria Patricia Phenix is therefore appealing to anyone   who finds or has any information that can lead to the recovery of the items to call her on the telephone number: 7464455.
