Mr. Martin Gomez, Principal of St Augustine’s Senior Secondary School has recently disclosed that his school will be receiving special guests from Onze-Lieve Vroume College, which is one of the most respected educational institution in Belgium.

The visit is scheduled from 15 to 22, February, 2007.

Speaking to the Daily Observer, Mr Gomez said the link between the two schools culminated from the efforts made by Banjul City Council (BCC). According to him, their activities include programmes, such as church service, march-past, visiting historical sites and public places.“We are appealing to our past students and well-wishers to come and render their support. I am also urging other schoosl to come and take part in this important programme,” he reiterated.
