Official sources close to this paper have disclosed that Mr. Mawdo Touray, who has hitherto served as Permanent Secretary Office of the President, has been transferred to the Department of State for Foreign Affairs as PS Number 1 with immediate effect.

Mr. Touray replaces Mr. Willy Joof, who was last week removed from office before being invited for questioning at the Banjul Police Station.
