Gives two Air tickets to Mecca
As part of efforts towards ensuring nationwide telecommunication coverage, Comium Gambia Limited yesterday officially opened a new customer care centre in Banjul.
Situated at Gamstar house, the new customer care centre will provide customers in and around Banjul access to services comium Gambia has in place and thus ensure efficient customer service delivery.
According to Mr. Amadou Traore, commercial Director of Comium Gambia limited, the initiative is just the beginning as Comium is poised its target of providing full customer service delivery.
On their future plans, Mr. Traore said, “The Gambia is going to experience a lot of major communication packages, 100% increase in local staffs and a lot of customers care centres will be open soon not only in the Urban areas but also to the rural areas.
He however commended the managing director of Comium Gambia Limited for his immense contribution in ensuring an efficient, effective and affordable service delivery to their customers.
Also speaking earlier, Mr. Njang Njie, sales Manager, Comium Gambia said the initiative has come at a time when the telecommunication sector market is rapidly changing.
“Considering that, Mr. Njie added, “Comium have launched a country wide coverage aim at meeting all and sundry both in the rural and urban area”.
“We still believe that the telecommunication sector is not yet tapped but with Comium, there will be a different”, Mr. Njie noted.
As part of the programme, Comium distributed the grand Ramadan price of a two air tickets to two lucky winners.
The winners are Muhammed Mahanara and Mr. Muhammed Basir Ceesay. Speaking to this reporter, both lucky winners commended Comium Gambia what they describe as a laudable initiative.
It could be recalled that during the holy month of Ramadan, Comium usually distribute twenty-two prices on a daily basis all geared towards meeting the satisfaction of their customers.
