The trial, on an 11-count indictment, against the former Director General of Gambia Tourism Authority, Hatib Drammeh, resumed last Thursday before Justice Yamoah of the Banjul High Court.

However, the case was adjourned after mention until next January when the prosecution is expected to open its case.

The former GTA Boss is charged with 11 counts, of which two relate to giving false information. The remaining nine counts relate to economic crimes.
