The dilapidated Box Bar mini-stadium at Brikama, Western Region, has been re-furnished to standard, thanks to the intervention of Ply Mouth Banjul Challenge.
According to Lamin King Colley, President of Brikama Youth & Sports Association, the construction work at the mini-stadium has been completed. He commended their partly-sponsors, Ply Mouth Banjul Challenge who gave over D100,000 (One hundred thousand) towards the rehabilitation of the multi-purpose centre. He said the people of Brikama are very much delighted with the gesture accorded to them by Ply Mouth Banjul Challenge.
“We are very much pleased with our sponsors for their kindly and timely intervention in sports, said Colley. He invited the sponsors to inspect the centre at their own time, adding that all the transactions involved in the work have been documented for reference purpose.
