More Changes in the Civil Service

Informed sources have disclosed to this paper that Mr. Yusupha Dibba, Permanent Secretary at the Department of State for Information, Communication and Technology, has been transferred to the Personnel Management Office (PMO), where he had previously served, while Momodou S. Njie alias Doa, who was at the PMO, has been moved to the Department of State for Foreign Affairs as Permanent Secretary No. 2, replacing Mawdo Touray, who is now Permanent Secretary Office of the President.

In another instant, Mr. Baba Mustapha Marong, who had been serving as head of GICAP Project for several years at the State Department of Trade, Industry and Employment, is now appointed Permanent Secretary at the Department of State for Information, Communication and Technology.
