The Brikama nawettan League defending champions, Nema United, last Saturday, retained their title for the second consecutive time after defeating Orlando Magic in the final played at the Box Bar Mini-Stadium.

They beat Orlando 5-4 in post match penalty shoots out after a goal less. Nema United kept their unbeatable run this season despite the strong opposition from Orlando Magic, who proved to be troublesome in last Saturday’s replayed final.

It could be recalled that the Brikama Youth and Sports Association (BYSA) re-scheduled the final to Saturday 23rd September when both teams played a goal less draw on Sunday 17th September 2006.

At the end of the encounter, Nema United received a trophy and the lion share of D15,000.00 whilst the Runners up Orlando Magic collected D10,000.00.
