Jabouding Jawara, an eight-year old girl and resident of Brikama Jamisa, Western Region, needs assistance to undergo medical treatment overseas.

According to the medical report issued by the Hospital Management Board of the RVTH, Jabouding Jawara, has been suffering from burns at 18 per cent for eight months.

The medical report added that a contracture has developed “all over the areas of the wound and she cannot straighten her right hand”.

The report then recommended that Jabouding should undergo an overseas plastic surgery, as the treatment is not available in The Gambia at the moment. The family of Jabouding Jawara can be reached on 988 4486 or 448 5029 for any assistance.
