Seven Nigerian nationals will tomorrow reappear before the Brikama Magistrates’ Court for the possible continuation of their trial.
The seven; Ogbozo Malchy, Faith Chinpmso Obatuo, Samuel Nwaiwu, Edeh Banke Anthony, Amanchukwo Okarfor, Clement Ifeany Obiorah and James Nicholas were early this year intercepted at the Banjul International Airport on suspicion of concealing various quantities of cocaine in their stomachs. The quantities allegedly ranged from 909g to 1kg.
Their case resumed on Thursday but could not proceed due to the absence of the defence counsel from court.
