Yiriwa Development Radio Station in Brikama recently organized a two-week training of trainers’ workshop for artistes across Western Region.

Held at the Brikama Community Centre, the workshop was aimed at equipping participants with requisite knowledge on leadership skills. 

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the workshop, the General Manager of the Radio, Mr. Bojang thanked the artistes for responding to his invitation, noting that Yiriwa FM is committed to uplift the music industry in The Gambia.

Mr. Bojang described the workshop as important and timely, adding that the workshop will widen the participants’ horizon on their trade as well as foster unity and understanding among themselves.
