Chimo United emerged champions of the 2007 Brikama Super cup final played on Sunday August 19.
They defeated Nema United 5-4 on post match penalty kicks in a well-contested and attended game at the Box Bar Mini stadium in Brikama.
Buba Darboe of Armed Forces gave Chimo United the lead in the 3rd minute before Nfansu Bojang equalised in the 87th minute.
As champions, Chimo United were awarded a giant trophy and cash prize of D2000 whilst Nema United received D1000.
Meanwhile the 2007 Western Union sponsored Brikama Nawettan would kick off today Tuesday August 21 with Amasa taking on Campeh-Bi and on Wednesday 22, Orlando Magic would play Senior Players.
