Gambian Golfers will resume with the competition next month after a short break due to the raining season.

Speaking in an interview with Pointsport on Monday at the Fajara Club, Bakary Touray, and a Gambian Golf-Prof. said that the competition would resume in the first week of October with a tournament sponsored by Banjul Breweries Limited.

Mr Touray revealed that Gambian Golf-Prof players outside The Gambia would attend the tournament.

They are Fakebba Drammeh alias Tiger Wood and Amadou Manneh in UK, Lamin Darboe and Lamin Touray in Sweden, Raffie Tabally in USA as well as Lamin Jammeh and Bakary Samateh in Senegal.
