One Sana Darboe was on 14th June 2007 arraigned before Principal Magistrate Moses Richard of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court charged with the offence of stealing, contrary to the laws of the land.

According to the particulars of offence the accused, Sana Darboe, on 12th June 2007 at Africell head office along Kairaba Avenue, allegedly stole a Toshiba computer laptop from the office of the Sales Manager, before tucking it under his shirt in an attempt to slip away with it.

He pleaded not guilty to the offence before the case was adjourned to 19th June 2007 for the prosecution to call witnesses.
