Magistrate Pa Harry Jammeh of the Kanifing Magistrate’s Court, last Friday issued an ultimatum to Jonkong Camara of Latrikunda German to vacate her mother’s compound before Friday.
This development came when Matty Touray, Jonkong Camara’s mother, dragged her daughter to court.
According to the old woman, her daughter, Jonkong Camara is causing her endless  problems in the compound, even going to the extent of insulting her at all times. “She insulted me and called me a witch,” the old woman told the court in tears.
Matty Touray further stated that Jonkong Camara, her daughter, would always bring her boyfriends into the compound and they would in turn insult her (the mother).  “The only thing I want this court to do for me is to order her to leave my compound,” the old woman said.

According to her, last Saturday her daughter was raining insults on her when  she was sick and just back from the hospital.
“I don’t have peace in my house because of her and her children,” said the old woman.
In her defence, Jonkong Camara denied all what her mother (Matty Touray) said in court. She admitted that her boyfriends come to the compound to give her allowances.

In his ruling, Magistrate Pa Harry Jammeh ordered Jonkong Camara to vacate her mother’s compound.
“Go home and prepare yourself to vacate the compound before this date,” said Magistrate Jammeh.
He also warned her, to stay put, and not to cause any further troubles to her mother.
