Lamin Fatty, a 50-year-old man residing in Kuntaur Tubakuta Village in the Central River Region, is in dare need of overseas treatment in a bid to save his life.

According to a medical report from the Royal Victoria Teaching Hospital, Lamin is diagnosed of suffering from Aortic Stenosis with controlled heart failure.
A medical report was convened on him on May 15th, 2007, and the report indicated that Lamin was since last year diagnosed of Aortic Stenosis at the Medical Research Council. Despite receiving treatment, he continues to suffer from dyspnoea, orthoponea and chest pain.

Presently he complains of “chest pain over left heamithorax after eating with associated loss of appetite and difficulty in breathing when he walks a long distance”.
A board comprising Dr Prof. Miguel Paulino, Dr Orestes Herrera and Dr Lamin Sima, who earlier convened a meeting about him, signed a medical report recommending him to undergo overseas treatment as he suffers from moderate Aortic Valve Stenosis, which at the moment cannot be treated in The Gambia.

Lamin and his entire family members seek assistance from the government, NGOs, companies and other individual philanthropists to come to his aid.
He can be reached on 9893263 or 9815166.
