The trial of the Lamin man, who allegedly posed as the Alkalo of Lamin village in Kombo North, could not proceed on Monday when it resumed for continuation.
Lamin Jarjue is currently standing trial for presenting himself as the Alkalo of Lamin but trial proceedings were hindered on Monday thanks to the absence of the last prosecution witness from court.
Consequently, the prosecution officer, 413 Sanyang of Yundum police, made an application for the adjournment of the matter to enable the last witness give evidence before the prosecution closes their case.
The matter was, as a result, adjourned till August 7.
