One Duta Drammeh and 14 others from Pirang in Kombo East are expected back in court later next week.
Duta and co-accused persons would reappear before magistrate Edrissa Mbai at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court on charges of willful damage to property, trespass and intimidation.

The particulars of the offence, as read in court, has it that Duta and co. on 30 July 2007, entered MG Farms with intent to annoy or intimidate those therein. They were also alleged to have willfully damaged crops in the aforementioned farm.

They denied responsibility for the alleged offences and would return to court on Thursday of next week.
